Tour Options
All tours begin between 8:30 and 9:30 AM and run for 5–6 hours. If you prefer to end earlier, your driver can return you to Ubud Center or your hotel in Ubud.
Our meeting points are located just outside central Ubud to avoid traffic and maximize your tour time. After booking, we’ll send you the exact meeting location and start time. You can arrive independently or book our pick-up service.

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the tour receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 1–2 days before the tour are non-refundable, but you may reschedule based on availability.
If the weather forecast predicts rain for the entire day, you may reschedule at no extra cost, depending on availability. If rain begins during the tour, we continue unless conditions become unsafe.
In the case of heavy rain that prevents safe operation, the tour will either:
– Be canceled with an 80% refund, or
– Be rescheduled for another day at no additional cost (subject to availability).
Rain gear is always provided to keep you dry and comfortable throughout the experience.
